What are the power requirements?

A standard grounded 15 amp electrical outlet for power to the blower that provides the air to the inflatable. Standard outlet should be within 100 ft so there is no drop in the power surge. We also rent generators should you need one.

Is there a deposit required?

We do not require deposits at this time. We collect in full payment when delivered.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, certified check, money orders and some company checks.

Do you deliver and setup?

Yes absolutely, we take care of all that delivery, setup and insure it is clean. Setup usually runs 15 – 40 minutes depending on the unit. This is all included in the rental cost. There is a small delivery charge to areas outside the 15 km radius of Edmonton.

How long is a typical rental?

We have found that most are rented for the 5 hours to six hours so we make all our bookings for the Minimum 5 hours and for as long as you require.

What surface is the best?

Grassy area is always best for us and the small footprints of the kids but gym floor, asphalt, concrete will all work just let us know so we have the proper anchors.

Are you insured?

Yes we must be insured but as it states every event there is a waiver that has to be signed prior to inflating your inflatable. Our web page has them available.

Why is an adult required to monitor the inflatable?

Inflatable’s used correctly are safer than playground swings and slides. However, improper use by occupants such as climbing on nets, rough play and running into each other can cause injury.

What do I do if it begins to Rain hard or winds exceed 35 km/h?

Remove everyone and deflate the inflatable by shutting off the power and cover with a tarp if you can. Inflate after when conditions improve and it is safe to do so.

Can we setup in an Edmonton park?

Yes, an Edmonton park is a great option. Edmonton this year has 3 parks mostly available Hawerlak park site 1, Laurie park site 8 and 9, Victoria park site 5 and 6. They require the site holder such as yourself to carry a special event insurance policy of 2 million for the safety of all your guests.
